Jit App (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers the Jit App application and related services (“Services”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms are in addition to any terms you agree to with an app store or platform provider (for example, Google Play or Apple App Store).

1. What Jit App is (and is not)

Jit App provides informational content and insights related to astrology, calendars, timing concepts, exploratory search over periods, dashboards, summaries, classifications, textual commentary, illustrative metrics, illustrative scores or rankings (including percentages, bands, tiers, and threshold-style labels), visuals, timelines, grids, calendars, comparative views, and similar UI — all for general information, exploration, and personal interest only.

Jit App is not a substitute for professional advice. The Services do not provide tailored professional advice. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services are not medical, mental health, therapeutic, dietary, fitness, legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, immigration, employment, HR, real estate, architecture, engineering, safety, security, crisis, emergency-response, or other regulated professional advice. You should not treat any output as a recommendation to take or omit any action regarding health, diagnosis, treatment, medication, procedures, hospitalization, mental health care, legal rights or obligations, taxes, accounting, investments, trades, insurance, benefits, employment, housing, personal safety, public safety, or major personal, family, or relationship decisions.

Informational outputs may be wrong, incomplete, oversimplified, or outdated. Models, rules, data sources, time zones, locale settings, device clocks, geolocation approximations, rounding, caching, network conditions, platform limits, and product changes can affect results. You are solely responsible for decisions you make after using the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review the App’s privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to understand how information is handled. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy controls.

4. Accounts; Pro subscription; pricing and benefits

Accounts. Jit App may offer sign-in or an account (including through third-party identity providers) to use certain features, sync access across devices, or manage purchases. You are responsible for credentials you use with the Services.

Sign in with Apple / Google and email. If you sign up or sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google, you may be asked to allow access to an email address (as presented in the provider’s consent screen—such as your real email, a provider relay address, or the email linked to your Apple ID / Google account). Granting that email access is required for those sign-in flows so we can identify your account and sync your subscription (including Pro) status across your devices. If you withhold email when the provider allows you to hide or decline it, cross-device subscription sync may not work, and we may not be able to restore your subscription access on another device.

Pro subscription. The App may offer an optional paid subscription or similar offering marketed as “Pro” (or under another name). Where available, Pro is typically offered on monthly and annual (yearly) billing periods. The subscription is personal to you and subject to the app store or payment provider through which you subscribe.

Prices may vary. Subscription prices, taxes, currency, and promotional offers are shown at the time of purchase in your storefront or checkout flow. Prices may differ by region, platform (for example, mobile app store vs web billing), exchange rates, taxes, and time; we may change advertised prices for new purchases or renewals where permitted by applicable law and by the billing platform’s rules.

Benefits may vary. The features, limits, and benefits included in Free, Pro, or other tiers may be added, changed, limited, or removed from time to time (for example, to improve the App, comply with law, or retire functionality). We may describe current benefits in the App, on our website, or at checkout; if we make material reductions to paid subscription benefits, we will seek to provide reasonable notice where required by law.

Billing and renewal. Paid plans are usually billed and renewed automatically until you cancel in accordance with the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment provider you used. Renewal charges are governed by that provider’s terms. Refunds are generally only available through the provider’s policies; see our refund information on the App website where published.

No refunds from us for store billing. To the extent charges are processed by a third party (including app stores), that party is typically responsible for payment processing and refund eligibility, not Jit App directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App except where permitted by law,
• interfere with the App (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities),
• use the Services to violate any law or infringe anyone’s rights, or
• misuse the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.

6. Intellectual property

The Services and their content (including text, graphics, and UI) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Open source note: Portions of the App may be provided under open-source licenses (for example, the MIT License). Those licenses govern the use of the open-source code to the extent applicable.

7. Third-party services and links

The Services may use or link to third-party services (for example, app store services, device features, authentication providers, analytics or performance tools on our website, hosting, billing, email delivery, or external websites). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• the accuracy, reliability, suitability, completeness, or timeliness of any content or output,
• that any timing suggestion, classification, metric, percentage, chart, ranking, “favorability” indicator, “energy” visualization, comparative summary, search result, label, badge, reminder, narrative, or similar output is correct, precise, optimal, lucky, auspicious, safe, advantageous, profitable, advisable, ethical, relationship-appropriate, health-appropriate, finance-appropriate, legal-appropriate, or will lead to any particular outcome,
• that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or
• that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you paid nothing, USD $0).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Services,
• your violation of these Terms, or
• your violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms) will survive.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and/or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice within the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after an updated version of the Terms becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law; mandatory consumer protections

We operate from Ukraine and these Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that applicable mandatory laws give you as a consumer in your country of residence (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, or certain U.S. states). If you are entitled to a non-waivable consumer protection, that protection applies to the extent required.
