Subscriptions for Jit App (including "Pro" or similar) are processed through the billing channel you used when you subscribed. Payment, renewal, and refund rules are set by that provider, not by us directly.
Refund requests: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, use the refund or dispute resolution options in the account where your subscription is managed. We do not process card refunds directly for subscriptions billed through third-party checkout.
